These plastisol are preferably used as adhesives, sealing materials or coatings in automobile construction. These materials are liquid at room temperature. However, as the compound is heated, fusion takes place and the liquid is converted into a tough, homogenous mass. Plastisol can add a smooth finish to products, and be used to coat metals, glass, ceramics and plastics, as long as they are able to withstand the heating portions of the dip coating process.
Plastisol Black adalah jenis tinta atau pelapis berbahan dasar PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) dan plasticizer yang berwarna hitam pekat. Produk ini paling umum digunakan dalam industri sablon kaos karena daya tahannya yang sangat tinggi, warna yang tidak mudah pudar, serta kemampuannya untuk menutup serat kain gelap dengan sempurna.
